A family trip where every generation’s needs come first
Mobility, accessibility, and pacing planned in from the start — so grandparents, parents, and kids can all actually enjoy the same trip.
Why families work with us for accessible & multigenerational travel
Traveling with three generations — or with a family member who has mobility or accessibility needs — means the “easy” trip most travel sites assume doesn’t apply to you. We plan around what your family actually needs: wheelchair or mobility-device access, realistic pacing for different ages and abilities, and destinations and accommodations that work for everyone in the group, not just the most able-bodied traveler.
Mobility-accessible planning — wheelchair access, accessible rooms, transportation, and excursions vetted in advance
Multigenerational pacing — itineraries that work for grandparents and grandkids on the same trip
Destination vetting — we confirm accessibility on the ground, not just what a brochure claims
Family logistics — room configurations, group dining, and transportation handled as one coordinated plan
Tell us about your group — ages, mobility needs, accessibility requirements, budget
We build your plan — destination, accommodations, and pacing matched to every generation traveling
We handle the logistics — accessible transportation, room requests, excursion vetting, dining
You show up and enjoy it — we’re reachable throughout your trip if anything needs adjusting
Built for families who need more than “wheelchair accessible” on a checkbox
A lot of travel accessibility information stops at a checkbox. We go further:
On-the-ground verification of accessible rooms, transportation, and excursions — not just what’s listed
Realistic pacing that accounts for different mobility levels and stamina in the same group
Multigenerational room and cabin configurations that keep everyone close without overcrowding
A single point of contact for the whole group, so nobody’s needs get lost in translation
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for trip planning?
Yes, we do charge a NONREFUNDABLE Administrative & Planning Fee which needs to be paid before any planning begins.
Can you plan around a specific mobility device or medical equipment?
Yes — tell us what your family travels with and we’ll confirm accessibility for transportation, accommodations, and excursions before you book.
Do you plan cruises and land trips?
Both — cruises, resorts, and land-based multigenerational trips.
How far in advance should I book?
A good rule of thumb is a minimum 6 months early. If there are specials that are provided by the suppliers, those could be within the 6 month to check in date.
